hi, i have the same issue.
but my secure boot is disabled
also vmware test scripts
/usr/lib/vmware/secureboot/bin/secureBoot.py -s
output: Disabled
i'm executing the command as root
the same i can see in the bios. but still i got "Operation not permitted" when i try to execute the command
it's a esxi 8.0.2 vmware
