hotbackup of vm on esxi free

Hi,

we have ESXi server with free license, so we wounder can we do HOT BACKUP to backup
VM's without shuting them down on a free version of ESXi ?

Any info is more then welcome.

Yes, of course, that is basic XSIBackup functioning. XSIBackup will not even notice the difference between the Free or licensed version of ESXi.
